During your demo we will:

  • Send you login details to access a live demo system so you can explore yourself!

5 easy-steps to book:

  1. On the calendar, choose a date to schedule a meeting. Available dates will be clickable, and highlight once selected.
  2. Click a 30 minute or a 60 minute slot. 30 minutes if you’re not sure whether a full demo will be helpful and you need a quick whistle-stop tour, or 60 minute for a full demo walkthrough (described above).
  3. Now select a convenient time from the list of available slots.
  4. Enter your details and click ‘schedule appointment’ to confirm.
  5. You will automatically receive a Zoom meeting invite via the email address provided. (NOTE: Please check your junk/spam folder).

Yes. With every install, we provide a minimum of one-day webinar training. Additional training (on-site or webinar) and refresher sessions are available at additional cost of £350.00 per day, plus travel and expenses, subject to VAT.

Yes. Verature can be run on both PC and MAC. All you need is an internet connection and a device with a modern web browser.

Yes. Verature can be used on any smart phone or internet connected tablet device.

Yes. Verature can be used across multiple sites and Contractor’s information is shared to give you a shared approved contractor register.

Yes. Our Pro tier includes self-service Mobile Check-In, enabling reception-less sign-in onto your multiple locations.

Yes. The Pro tier includes Digital Badges, and if a photo has been taken, this will be shown here.

You can also choose whether your digital badges include:

 

  • Contain map of site with location of job/project
  • Contain company logo
  • Contain host name
  • Contain job title and detail
  • Contain approved job credential (list)

Yes. Custom Digital badges are available as an Extras and Customisation option.

Yes. Verature will enable you to ban any contractor or individual worker from any site(s). With a clear dashboard, you can have instant visibility of your database of contractors and everything you need to know about them.

Yes. Email alerts included in the Assurance Portal makes sure contractors are responsible for maintaining their compliance record.

Yes. Verature enables you to easily distribute pre-qualifying induction materials and questionnaires so they can be remotely viewed and completed off-site prior to the site visit to save time at reception.
